Water Damage – Lilburn Home
Water damage struck this Lilburn home when a water supply line that carried water in the subfloor of the second story developed a leak. The ceiling drywall became soaked and eventually became too heavy to stay up. The ceiling collapsed to the floor below. The water damage had affected the front door structure as well as the support structure for the second floor. We removed the remaining soaked drywall from the ceiling and cleaned up the mess from the fallen drywall. The next phase of the restoration was the drying of all the affected areas thoroughly. We also treated the areas concerned with an antimicrobial to inhibit any potential mold growth.
