Commercial Water Damage – Lilburn Gym

Commercial water damage at this Lilburn locker room resulted from a supply line rupturing during the night. A great deal of fresh water was deposited on the locker room floor. SERVPRO of North Lilburn was called to clean up the water. We used high powered pumps and wet-vacs to remove the standing water. The flooring was not harmed, but to prevent any damage to the walls and ceiling we placed commercial air movers and low-grain refrigerant dehumidifiers to dry the surfaces and the air in the room. The before picture shows the conduit from the low-grain dehumidifier that carries the condensed air out or the area after the dehumidifier does its job.
