Commercial Water Damage – Lilburn Office Complex

Commercial water damage occurred at this Lilburn office complex when the fire suppressant sprinkler system malfunctioned and inadvertently activated. The sprinkler system activated during the night and ran for some time, inundating the office area with a great deal of water. SERVPRO of North Lilburn would call upon SERVPRO’s Large Loss Response Team which could deploy a large number of specially trained and industry certified technicians and equipment to bring the office to build-back ready condition. The Large Loss Response Team would bring in trailer loads of gas-powered pumps, generators, a large desiccant dehumidifier, low grain refrigerant dehumidifiers, commercial air movers, and more to aid in the water removal and drying process.
