Flood Damage – Norcross Townhome
Flood Damage occurred at this Norcross townhome when the toilet tank cracked while the family was vacationing. The entire first floor was severely water damaged. The amount of time that the water had to sit before being extracted was a large contributor to the harm. The tile flooring helped minimize some loss, but the baseboards, cabinets and drywall had all soaked up significant moisture. We were forced to discard some portions of the wallboard.
